أعلنت وسائل إعلام روسية أن القوات الروسية في مقاطعة بريانسك الحدودية مع أوكرانيا تشتبك مع مجموعة تخريبية أوكرانية تمكنت من التسلل للمدينة ومحاصرة مواطنين روس. وقالت وسائل الإعلام الروسية إن: “نحو 50 مسلحا أوكرانيا تسللوا إلى الأراضي الروسية ودخلوا مقاطعة بريانسك”. وأشارت إلى أن هذه المجموعة تمكنت من احتجاز أكثر من مئة شخص كرهائن داخل منازل في مقاطعة بريانسك. من جهته، أشار جهاز أمن الدولة الروسي إلى اندلاع اشتباكات مع مجموعة من المسلحين الأوكرانيين الذين تسللوا إلى مقاطعة بريانسك.
